What if a spa
was engineered like a piece of technology?

Spartisan is a new spa format, engineered from scratch — a proprietary 5D system that directs heat, cold, light, sound and scent as one synchronized ritual. Guests don't call it a treatment. They call it a reality shift.

SYNCHRONIZED
Six systems, one script. Remove any one, and the ritual breaks character.
What we noticed

Classic spa stopped
creating impact.

In most traditional wellness spaces, the market has hit the same wall.

01

Predictable, interchangeable experiences

02

Weak emotional impact, easily forgotten

03

No clear differentiation between venues

04

No lasting impression after the visit

05

Weak premium appeal, low willingness to pay

06

Nothing worth sharing, no organic marketing

What we're building

We're not building
a better spa.
We're building a new category.

Spas restore the body but rarely move you. Theatre moves you but doesn't restore the body. Spartisan is a storytelling-driven spa format that does both at once: heat, cold, sound, light and aroma directed as a single scripted ritual, with the guest as the main character rather than a passive client. There is no existing category for this — which means whoever defines it first, owns it.

Storytelling-driven

Rehearsed and synchronized like a live show — not a menu of treatments

Proprietary tech

The 5D system exists nowhere else, built from scratch in Budapest

Session-based

Sold like a theater ticket, not booked like a treatment

Guest as protagonist

The experience is built around the guest's emotional arc, not a service checklist

The 5D system

Six systems.
One script.

Built from scratch and engineered in Budapest — deployed for the first time at Spartisan. Every element is driven by the same score, not switched on independently, right down to weather effects most venues wouldn't attempt indoors.

Heat

Precise temperature & steam control

Cold

Contrast therapy & ice experiences

Light

Dynamic lighting scenarios, synced to the score

Sound

Spatial 3D audio landscapes via Dolby Atmos

Aroma

Curated scent compositions

Effects

Indoor rain, fog, thunderstorms — even a working waterfall. Weather, on cue.

Session flow

Every visit is scripted
like a performance.

1.5 hours, five acts, one emotional arc — from tension to grounded calm. Herbal tea on arrival, a gentle first heat, a steam master's live, rehearsed ritual with birch and oak whisks at the peak, and a slow return to stillness. Standardized enough to train, alive enough to feel handcrafted.

Original music & sound design

Music isn't the mood.
It's the nervous system.

No playlists. Every ritual is scored with original tracks, delivered in spatial 3D through Dolby Atmos. The composition builds, peaks and releases — and light, steam and effects move with it, not around it.

Dynamic light inside the steam room

Original tracks

Composed in-house, with jingles and voice cues built into the score — never a generic playlist.

Spatial 3D audio

Delivered through Dolby Atmos, enveloping the guest rather than playing in the background.

Controls the rhythm

Light, heat, effects — and the steam master's live movements — are all cued to the same score. The track is the script.

Ritual library

Five directions.
Never the same ritual twice.

The guest picks a direction, not a fixed show. Inside each one, the music, light and effects are constantly recomposed — but always pulling the same way. An Energy session builds and charges from the first minute to the last. A Relax session stays soft throughout. The engine changes the scenario. It never changes the direction.

Relax

Every scenario stays soft — gentle heat, low light, calming sound, start to finish.

Energy

Every scenario builds — dynamic temperature, driving sound, charging light, start to finish.

Sound Healing

Every scenario stays meditative — vibration and harmonic tuning throughout.

Cold Adventure

Every scenario stays extreme — contrast and adrenaline throughout.

Free Visit

No script — independent exploration of the space.

Built for people seeking transformation, not entertainment — entrepreneurs resetting mental clarity, creatives offloading emotional overload, travelers chasing an unforgettable hour, couples reconnecting through ritual.

Pilot — Budapest

The concept is already
alive, not a deck.

Not a projection. A running venue with paying guests, repeat visits, and a trained team.

Operated by the team behind Hungary's largest karaoke club chain and a specialty coffee roasting group — this is not a first-time operation.

From pilot to blueprint

Tested at 6.
Engineered for 30.

The Budapest pilot wasn't a mockup — it's a real, bookable, reviewed spa, running small on purpose: 1–6 guests per session, so every ritual, every timing, every piece of the 5D system could be tuned against real bodies and real feedback.

What the pilot proved

Repeat visits, 5/5 rating across Google, TripAdvisor and GetYourGuide, and a scripted ritual that holds up session after session without losing its emotional impact.

What the tests changed

Demand consistently outpaced the 6-guest format. The next-generation venue is engineered from day one for up to 30 guests per session — same ritual, same 5D engine, built for throughput.

How it sells

Small groups.
Ticketed, not walk-in.

Session-based model, like theater or fitness classes — a guest buys a seat for a specific ritual, not an open-ended visit. Exact economics depend on location, market and format, and we work those out with each partner individually.

Investment thesis

Why invest
now, not later.

The category doesn't have a leader yet. Five reasons the window is open now, not in three years once someone else claims it.

01

Market growing fast

Post-pandemic demand for recovery and digital detox is up 40%+.

02

No direct competitors

Spas don't do theater. Theaters don't restore the body. We sit between.

03

Proven in real life

Pilot confirmed demand, unit economics, and repeat visits.

04

Built to scale anywhere

Standardized scenarios, replicable tech, formalized training — not tied to one city or country.

05

High marginality

High average check, low overhead, multiple revenue streams.

Venue requirements

The right space
makes the ritual possible.

Not every location works — but the requirements are modest enough to fit most premium urban footprints.
